Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and online services (the "Platform") operated by Credora Financing Brokers L.L.C. ("Credora", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Credora's Role

• Credora is a financial services intermediary / financing broker that facilitates access to financial products offered by banks and financial institutions in the United Arab Emirates ("Lenders").
• Credora is not a bank, finance company, or lender and does not itself provide loans, credit facilities, or financial products.
• All approvals, pricing, eligibility, and contractual terms are determined solely by the relevant Lender, subject to their internal policies and applicable laws.

2. Definitions

• "User" / "You": any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, including applicants, co-applicants, or guarantors.
• "Services": lead generation, eligibility assistance, application facilitation, document collection, and coordination with Lenders.
• "Financial Products": loans, credit cards, or other financial facilities offered by Lenders.

3. Eligibility and User Obligations

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in the UAE.
• All information and documents you submit are true, accurate, complete, and lawful.
• You have authority to share any third-party data (such as co-applicant or guarantor information).

4. Scope of Services

Credora may:

• Collect and process information and documents provided by you;
• Share your details with one or more Lenders to obtain offers;
• Assist with application submission and coordination of verification steps.

Credora does not guarantee approval, timelines, interest rates, or availability of any Financial Product.

5. Transparency and Disclosures

• Any calculators, eligibility indicators, or estimates displayed on the Platform are indicative only.
• The legally binding terms of any Financial Product will be contained in the Lender's own documentation, which you must review carefully before acceptance.
• Credora may receive commissions or referral fees from Lenders for successful introductions.

6. Fees

• Access to the Platform is generally free for users.
• Lenders may charge interest, processing fees, insurance premiums, penalties, or other costs. Credora is not responsible for such charges.
• Any service fee charged by Credora (if applicable) will be disclosed in advance.

7. Consent to Communication

By submitting your information, you authorize Credora and its Lender partners to contact you via:

• Phone calls
• SMS
• Email
• Messaging applications, including WhatsApp

for application processing, verification, service updates, and (where permitted) marketing communications. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Provide false, forged, or misleading information;
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems;
• Use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, logos, design, and software, is owned by or licensed to Credora. No rights are granted except for personal, non-commercial use related to the Services.

10. Third-Party Websites

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites (including Lenders). Credora does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.

11. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Credora makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by UAE law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law:

• Credora shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses;
• Credora is not liable for Lender decisions or contractual disputes between you and a Lender;
• Credora's total liability, if any, shall not exceed the fees (if any) paid by you to Credora in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Credora harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

14. Suspension or Termination

Credora may suspend or restrict access to the Platform if you violate these Terms or create legal, security, or reputational risk.

15. Amendments

Credora may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
